“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I can not warn you enough Merchant One charges extremely high fee, the support system is flawed and inefficient. It’s normal to be on hold for hours at a time. Merchant One states the they provide you with a personal representative, the only time I spoke to my representative was when he asked for my payment! This company is a joke! I’m so frustrated with this whole situation. You will never get what you pay for.”

“Being trying to cancel my membership for over weeks now. No one has called, email me back yet. I have left numerous of messages and emails. Withdrawals were been taking out of my account unauthorized several times. When signing up the sales rep was in contact no he is ghost. Don't know how I ended up signing up with this company. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. Just close my accounts! Legal actions will be taking place next that will cost your company more when all your company have to do is cancel my accounts.”

“DO NOT USE! This company was supposed to have all the processing fees being paid by customers. Lo and behold, These people didn't set the account correctly and I only found out when I didn't get a payment and said I have a $350 debt in collections. All they could offer me was do you want to sign this form. I called and their supervisor was supposed to call within 30 minutes. 3 hours later after they close, guess what, no call. I will be calling tomorrow to close my account. This company is a joke!”

“3 days for a call back, not helpful at all, pay the lump sum of term just to cancel. Not to mention all the fees, use fees, or if you dont even use them, more fees! how many hoops do you have to go through to cancel? ALL OF THEM, just to pay them the whole contract so you dont have to pay fees anymore. literally the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of working with. DO NOT USE THEM!”
